Event Bookings

Payment must be made in full by Paypal, debit/credit card or direct bank transfer before the start of the event to guarantee admission.

For bookings made within 30 days of the start of the event, payment must be made in full by Paypal or debit/credit card at the time of booking.

If you book but cannot attend, you may may nominate an alternative person from your organisation to attend up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:

8 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the booking fee
4 to 8 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the booking fee
4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the booking fee

All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.

Complementary CIEHF membership

Any offer of inclusive Associate Membership of the CIEHF with an event booking is limited to one instance per person. When the period of complementary membership expires, you will be asked if you wish to continue your membership but you will have to pay the prevailing membership rate.
